While 1 on 1 personal training gives you the most personal attention and specificity to your needs, there’s lots of reasons to consider semi-private training:

  • Support – one of the easiest ways to stick to exercise is to have support. Small group training adds a social aspect to your exercise session in a friendly and supportive environment without the pressure of competition you may find in larger groups or bootcamps.
  • Affordability – dividing the cost between 2-3 people means you get the benefit of private training with the cost-effectiveness of a group session.
  • Fun – it’s always more fun with other people around.
  • Adherence – working out with others provides accountability to each other as well as yourself and research has shown that you’ll stick to your exercise routine for longer than working out on your own.
