We assess how you move, how you recover, and how stress and lifestyle support or limit your progress.

Initial assessment
We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand how your body is moving and responding to stress.
- Postural and Movement Assessment
We consider joint control, range, coordination, balance, breathing patterns, and load tolerance. This shows us where options are limited and opportunities for improvement exist. - Functional Health Assessment (if needed)
If energy, inflammation, hormone shifts, or digestive symptoms are influencing your recovery and progress, we assess these and address them at the root. - Blood Chemistry Analysis (if needed)
To help clarify what's happening beneath the surface.
The goal isn’t just to reduce symptoms.
It’s to improve how your whole system functions.
The Programme
Your 12-month coaching programme includes:
- Weekly or twice-weekly personalised movement sessions
- Progressive strength and mobility development
- Ongoing adjustments based on how your body responds
- Optional health coaching to support energy, recovery, and lifestyle alignment
Delivered in person at 38 Waring Taylor St, Wellington, or online.
Packages are tailored to suit and start at $170/week.
