- Functional Health Assessment

Before we start, we’ll undertake a full Postural and Movement assessment to identify issues that need to be considered in your movement programme. If there’s anything limiting you from moving how you want, we’ll be able to identify what’s going on and address it.
A Functional Health assessment along with Blood Chemistry analysis helps us to get down to the root cause of symptoms you're experiencing which may be stopping you from getting the results you want. By addressing the causes and not just the symptoms, we’ll get to back onto the path to health.

Your 12-month movement coaching programme includes weekly or twice weekly movement sessions and is supported by 2-monthly health coaching sessions to ensure lifestyle choices are in alignment for maximal energy, health, and happiness.
Packages start at $135/week and places are strictly limited.
This programme is usually delivered in person at my studio at 38 Waring Taylor St, Wellington, but can also be delivered online.
