There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to movement. We all respond differently to different types of training and your personalised movement programme is designed especially for you to get the best results.

Initial assessment includes:

  • Epigenetic profile assessment
  • Postural and movement assessment
  • Blood chemistry analysis

Epigenetics is simply the science of switching on your ‘good’ genes and switching off your ‘bad’ genes with lifestyle and environmental choices. With epigenetic profiling we can assess your gene expression and take the guesswork out of making decisions about the movement, nutrition and lifestyle that’s going to work best for your body.

This is truly individualised health.

Your 12-month movement coaching programme includes weekly or twice weekly movement sessions and is supported by 2-monthly health coaching sessions to ensure lifestyle choices are in alignment for maximal energy, health and happiness.

Adrenal dysfunction and food sensitivity testing are also available.

Packages start at $135/week and places are strictly limited.

This programme is delivered in person, from Les Mills Lambton Quay in the Wellington CBD.
